Our IT service management practice is framed by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and serves to improve management and delivery IT products and services.
USI's business continuity practice has incorporated the Professional Practices for Business Continuity Planners, a body of knowledge jointly adopted by the Business Continuity Institute and the Disaster Recovery Institute International. We are additionally guided by the NFPA 1600, Standard on Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs, the national standard for business continuity.
